H R 2187, 21st Century Green High-Performing Public School Facilities Act
This bill authorizes $6.4 billion for school modernization, renovation and repair projects for fiscal year 2010. The law will apply to public charter schools that are their own LEA and those that are part of a traditional LEA, ensuring that all public charter schools receive an equitable share of the funding
